Living with CIDP means living on a treatment cycle. The days after an infusion feel one way, the days before the next one feel another, and by the time you see your neurologist it all blurs together. CIDP Tracker keeps the record for you, so the pattern is there in front of you instead of in your memory.
Five symptoms, each scored from none to very severe by tapping the circle whose size matches: pain, fatigue, numbness, weakness, and balance. Add stress, mood, and a note if you want to. Anything you skip stays blank rather than being counted as zero, because "I didn't log it" is not the same as "it didn't hurt".
Log IVIg, SCIg, steroids, plasma exchange, or anything else, with doses in grams where it makes sense. Every chart marks your treatment days, so you can see exactly how you feel as each dose wears off and whether the gap between infusions is working for you.
Each day shows one dot per symptom, sized by how bad it was. Good stretches look calm and bad ones look busy, so a month tells its story before you tap on anything.
Sleep, including deep and REM sleep when a watch recorded it, plus steps and exercise minutes, are read from the Health app so there is nothing extra to type. Prefer to enter sleep yourself? You can. CIDP Tracker never writes anything back to Health.
Switch on the things you want to keep an eye on:
For each one, CIDP Tracker compares how you felt the day after using it with the day after not. It shows a pattern, not a verdict, and it says so.
